Bobby Deol’s latest workout video on Instagram proves his dedication and hard work to staying in shape. The 52-year-old shared a montage in which he is seen performing various exercises, setting major fitness goals.

In the video, the Race 3 the actor appeared to be killing in the gym. He is seen doing a side pull, followed by a seated chest press. “In construction!” Bobby captioned the post.

For the uninitiated, the side pull is a strength training exercise, usually performed on a cable pulley machine. The exercise works the latissimus dorsi muscle or lats that cover the middle and lower back. The exercise is done by pulling the suspension bar of the machine up to chin level and releasing it for one repetition. It improves the strength of the upper body.

A seated bench press is also done on a machine. This works the chest and shoulder muscles as well as the triceps. The chest press can also be performed using dumbbells.
